16.8.2009 During the summer more Luca's progeny has entered the show rings. In July, "Typy" (Tejakes Fransescana) was placed BB2 with res-CC in Kemi and "Iiro" (Sacaron Ups and Downs) was BM4 receiving re-CC too. Well done!

Luca entered Iisalmi International Show and brought home CACIB and BM2 placement. In Joensuu National Show 15.8. Luca won the males and was BOS. Our Nero's son "Elmeri" (Suukkosuun Enhanted Moon) had great success by being BM2 with his first CC. Congratulation!

On Sunday Joensuu International Show Luca was BM2 with CACIB and had very nice judgement which can be read from Luca's page. After these two CACIBs the total amount grows to five! Very well done from our young boy! Nero's son "Elmeri" was BM4 with res-CC.

During this show weekend our Nero's daughter "Emma" and grand-daughter "Iita" were staying with us. Dogs had great time together, below some funny pictures. Thanks to Saara and Mikko for coming, we had a nice weekend.




Luca has got more progeny. In kennel Suukkosuun, "Ronja" (Puksipuun Hunajasuu) gave birth to 7 puppies where the only red bitch was dead. Now there are 6 black sweeties where 5 boys (2 with natural bobtail) and one girl. Ronja handled the birthgiving naturally and is taking care of them very well. Congratulations Ronja and Luca for their puppies.

26.7.2009 We took part in Finnish and Swedish Corgi Speciality shows. Here in Finland Luca got Excellent in Champion Class and Luca´s beautiful daughter Sohvi (Sacaron Utopian) was Best Bitch 3rd with the CC. WOW, Many Congrats Sohvi, her owner Anne and the breeder Sari!!! Below left picture of Luca's CC winner daughter Sohvi and on the right Luca in Finnish Corgi Speciality show.


Our long trip to Sweden was in the beginning of July. We took part in SWCK Corgi Speciality in Haparanda. The Show place was very beautiful, by the bank of Tornio river. Unfortunately, the day was very cloudy and cold, and we also got a few showers of rain during the day. Despite the weather, people were happy and friendly and they were always ready to help us!

The judge was Mrs Julia Swann from UK. She was very pleased with Luca and after all she chose him to be the BEST MALE with CC and so Luca finished his Swedish Champion title. In the end Luca was BEST OF BREED and BIS-2! The judge also told me that Luca had caught her eye right away and she thinks that Luca is a very beautiful representative of his breed. Luca's girlfriend "Ruby" was BOS and she also finished her SE CH -title! WOW, what a day we had !!! We want to say many thanks to judge Mrs Julia Swann to appreciate of our Luca and thanks for the magnificent judging!!! We are very thankful of everything!


The next day we took part in Piteå International Show. The judge was Mrs Tuula-Maija Tammelin from Denmark. It was Ruby's turn to win the breed, but our Luca won the males, so he was BOS and got CACIB! Finally beautiful Ruby was BIG-3 - congrats to my friend Pinja and Ruby-beauty!

Whole weekend was wonderful with great success and with full of joy!

26.4.2009 WHAT A GREAT APRIL! When Luca reached the age of two years, I right away entered Luca for several shows. That because we started to hunt Luca's last CC towards his FI CH-title. But Luca thought that he wants the title right now! So, Luca got the last CC from the first possible show and became FI CH! That happened in Lappeenranta International Show during Easter (Monday). There Luca also got res-CACIB -> CACIB! Great Luca-sweetie! Congrats to Luca's breeders Chiara and Marcello in Italy of this new Finnish Champion boy!

Next Saturday we took part in Kajaani Show where Luca's entered the Champion class for the first time. Luca was BOB and his beautiful girlfriend Ruby (Suukkosuun Dream On) was BOS. On Sunday we were in Outokumpu Show where Luca was again BOB and Ruby was again BOS. In Outokumpu Luca also made the cut in the group! Well done our dear Luca-boy! The weekend and whole week was just great!!!

At the end of April I visited a friend of mine in Lahti. During the same trip Luca entered the Lahti International Show and he received res-CACIB -> CACIB. Way to go Luca!

5.4.2009 Both of my dogs had Birthday Parties in March. Happy Birthday to 8 years old Nero and 2 years old Luca! It feels like time is flying! Now it's time for Luca to participate shows in Open Class! Below is a photo of Nero 8 years old and Luca just 2 years old.


Some of Luca's offsprings are juniors now. Luca's son "Jeppe" Sacaron Uranus and his littersister "Luna" Sacaron Up-to-Date have made their debuts in official classes in some shows. "Luna" has got 2 CC's and being BOB and BOS in 2 shows in Norway! Many congratulations to Luna and her family in Norway! "Jeppe" got res-CC from his first show in Holland. From his second show in Luxemburg he got the title "Champion des Jeunes Luxembourg"! Great! Many congratulations to Jeppe and his owner Julia in Holland! Luca-dad is very proud of his son and daughter!

Today our Luca's tricolour son "Leevi" Sacaron Urchin started his show career in Rautalampi. Leevi's success was wonderful! He was BOB, got CC and finally he was BOG-3! Many congratulations to Leevi, Sari and Tiia! We are so proud of you!

Luca's dad Red Baron have had success in the shows in the USA. Now "Benjamin" has one more title to add to his long list of titles: American Champion. Many congratulations to Benjamin's breeders Chiara & Marci in Italy and co-owners Cindy and Vincent Savioli!

Luca's very good friend Iita-lady visited Luca in March. They had so many funny moments playing together as you can see from the photos.

Happy Birthday to our Dear 8 years old Nero!

21.2.2009 We were at Koillis-Sawo Show in Tuusniemi and once again Luca had great success! There were 38 pembokes in the show. Luca won his class with excellent and finally he was Best Male 3rd and got CC. Well done Luca! Luca received excellent judging which can be read from Luca's own page. The judge was Mr Gert Christensen from Denmark.


After the show we went outside and took some photos of our Luca and Pinja's Ruby. Luca is 22 months old in these photos. Thank you Sari Laitinen for taking the photos!

8.1.2009 At first, we would like to wish Happy New Year 2009 to all our friends all over the world!

Happy news from the Finnish kennelclub! It has been done some official health examinations to our Luca in December. Luca's official results are knees 0/0 and spine healthy. Now Finnish Kennel Club has been made statements about x-rays of Luca's hips and elbows. The official results are hips B/B and elbows 0/0. GREAT!

Now we will have a short break from dog shows. Our dogs will only go for a walk, play together and relax, but later we will get back to show rings with Luca. Soon we can also see Luca's offspring in the shows, and it will be very interesting !!!

22.11.2008 We went to Jyväskylä International dog show and Luca had great success! Luca won his class with excellent, was 4th best male and won CC! All the three males which won our Luca in the best male competition were already international champions. Luca received excellent judging which can be read from Luca's own page. The judge was Mr. Hans Lehtinen from Finland.


Snow, snow, snow - finally we got snow. Nero and Luca have spent many funny moments playing together in snow. Luca just loves snow and he could spend all his freetime outside. Nero is Nero and wants to be there where I am, outside or inside. This doesn't mean that he wouldn't enjoy playing with Luca and watching over our garden.

24. - 26.10.2008 Luca and I had a very nice and interesting weekend. We went to see Pinja and Luca took part in Seinäjoki International dog show. He was second in his class with excellent. We also visited Teija (Kennel Tejakes) in Haukipudas which is near by Oulu. Finally we saw the 6 weeks old pups of Luca and Emma (Tejakes Fancy Dancer). You can't imagine how sweet and promising these sweeties were. I really like this litter. Thank you Teija again for everything. I attached a photo from one of the pups - a real sweetie! Many greetings to all Luca's pups to their new homes and all the best!

19.10.2008 Luca's daughter "Luna" Sacaron Up-to-Date has entered puppy show in Norway. She was the best pembroke puppy and finally second best puppy in group! Many congratulations to the owners of Luna in Norway and to the Luna's breeder Sari here in Finland! Great!

5.10.2008 What a great news we heard from European Dog Show in Budapest! Our Luca's double grandfather Dragonheart was BEST IN SHOW WINNER !!!!! This marvellous veteran male whose moving is really wonderful, won over 15 000 dogs in European Dog Show! Many many many congratulations to Chiara, Marcello and of course to their lovely Show Dog "Winnie Pooh" !!!!! More information from the web site of Dragonjoy.

20.9.2008 Luca's bride Emma (Tejakes Fancy Dancer) got 5 sweet puppies, so Luca is father again. There are 4 males and 1 bitch in this litter. One of the boys is tricolour and the rest of the puppies are red with white markings. Emma and her sweeties are fine. Many congratulations to Emma and our boy Luca for their sweet puppies! 9.8.2008 Nero has the first Champion-offspring !!! Today in Tornio International Show Nero's daughter Emma was BOS, got her first CACIB and received her last CC for Finnish Champion Title! Congratulations to Emma, Saara and Mikko!!!

1.-3.8.2008 In the beginning of August, there were three International Shows in Kuopio. Luca was showed at Intermediate class every day, not anymore at Junior class. On Friday Luca won his class and was BM-2 and got CC and CACIB !!!! On Saturday Luca won again his class and got Res-CC. Sunday's judge didn't appreciated our breed at all and she gave mostly Goods to corgis! We were very lucky and Luca got Very Good and won his class again! What a weekend, well done Luca-sweetie !!!

20.-21.7.2008 Emma (Tejakes Fancy Dancer) had romantic thoughts for Luca, so she became a bride and Luca became a groom. Hopefully Emma's tummy begins to fill out. More information from Tejakes homepages.

8.7.2008 Summer is already half way through and Luca's puppies have left the nest too. I would like to wish all the best to the owners of Luca's pups. Hopefully you have fun and enjoyable time with these little sweeties. You can also be in touch to us. It is always nice to hear news and see photos.

After Parikkala dog show, Luca has won 2 CC's. We will attend dog shows if time and place is suitable for us. Nero is enjoying his well-earned retirement by jogging, playing with Luca and the kids.

23.4.2008 Luca is a daddy now! Nelli (Sacaron Nonparelli) and Luca have 3 boys and 2 girls. Girls and one of the boys are tricolours so 2 boys are red with white markings. 26.3.2008 It's birthday party time again! Now it's Luca's turn to celebrate because today he turns one year. Time is really flying. It feels like yesterday when this cutie came to live with us.

Happy birthday to our sweet Luca and a big hug! We also want wish happy birthday to Luca's siblings in Italy and Spain! Thank you Chiara and Marcello for this lovely boy!

12.3.2008 Nero turned seven years old. In the old times he would have been able to enter the veteran class in shows but now we have to wait another year. In the picture, the birthday boy has the funniest face like he would try to say: "Yeah, my name is Dulciner, Puksipuun Dulciner". Happy Birthday to mummy's sweet heart!

1.3.2008 Luca started his show career in Juuka. He showed himself very well which was mentioned in the judgement too. As a result, he got VG-2 which is a good start.

19.-21.2.2008 Love is in the air - Luca had a girlfriend. Luca and Nelli (Sacaron Nonparelli) said 'I do' to each other. So we are hoping puppies in the end of April. More information from Sacaron homepages

27.1.2008 The year has changed and finally we have a real winter here in eastern Finland. Dogs are enjoying the snow, especially Luca seems to have lots of fun playing in snow.

I have been away from show rings for quite a while. Now Luca is growing up and getting more handsome so I would like to make a comeback to shows. I'm planning to enter a few shows during spring and summer.

1.12.2007 We went to Kuopio to check Nero's and Luca's eyes. Both boys got eyes ok.

7.9.2007 Nero's "wife" Vilma (Suukkosuun Angel of Love) has puppies. Vilma gave birth to 4 boys and 2 girls, there are a boy and a girl which are tricolors and the rest of the puppies are red and white. If you are interested, please contact Pinja Hiltunen, kennel Suukkosuun.

31.7.2007 WELCOME TO FINLAND "Luca" Dragonjoy Fallen Angel! Many thanks to Chiara and Marcello (Kennel Dragonjoy, Italy) from this lovely and sweet boy!!!!! Luca is co-owned with Pinja Hiltunen (kennel Suukkosuun), but he lives with my family being our beloved family member.

10.5.2007 Welcome home NOPPA - the bunny. Arttu has for a while now wished for a bunny and finally his wish came true and we got him a dwarf lop. Noppa decided though, that his ears are better up, and that suits fine with other ears that belong to a corgi. Noppa has his own pages.

23.4.2007 After a long break from dog shows, we made come back to the showing rings. We went to Lappeenranta and got very good and in Outokumpu Nero was BOB. Unfortunately we had no luck in groups, the judge changed her mind in the last minute. Now the showing year 2007 has been openned.

12.3.2007 BIRTHDAY FEVER

Today is our Nero's sixth birthday. Time is flying. It feels like yesterday when little Nero was playing with our bernese and now this dog is already a daddy and grandpa. Happy birthday to still so playful Nero!

1.10.2006 We are having a brake from shows and we will make comeback next year, nobody knows when and where. Now we are just enjoying the autumn by walking outdoors and spending time together. If you are lucky during winter, you might find us from a show nearby. Maybe I get my enthusiasm for shows back before summer.

28.8.2006 Nero became a grandfather! A bitch of his offspring, Emma, had 5 puppies: 2 tricolours and 3 reds. There are 2 girls and 3 boys, one of whom has a natural bobtail. Now we can only wait what heartbreakers they will turn out to be. Nero congratulates his daughter.

13.8.2006 Nero participated in the Imatra all breeds show. And the bad luck we've had there for the last 10 years (also with other breeds) turned when Nero won his class and was BOS! A thanks to Pirjo & Pinja for talking me into going.
